ATA Benefit Sweepstakes

The ATA is pleased to inform you of a new fundraising program for the 2007 Target Year.  This program is a great way for your club to raise funds, gain awareness and promote the ATA.  This year GMC has donated a 2008 GMC Sierra to the ATA.  In return we have established a fundraising effort to benefit ATA Gun Clubs, State Associations and SCTP Teams.  As a gun club, you can request as many tickets as you would like. Simply sell them for $5 a piece and your gun club will keep $3 of each ticket sold. Then, send each sold ticket with $2 per ticket to the ATA.  The $2 will go towards the ATA’s newly established 501c3 fund. This fund will assist our Association as we become even stronger and will supplement such programs as youth shooting on a nation-wide basis.   

All of the sold tickets will then be entered into the ATA Benefit Sweepstakes and a winner will be drawn on Friday, August 17th at the Grand American.  The grand prize will be a 2008 GMC Truck valued at approximately $37,000. The winner must be a U.S. resident and of legal age. There will also be other prizes awarded such as two shotguns, flats of shells, two ATA life memberships and ATA gift certificates which may be used towards memberships or ATA merchandise.  All prizes shall be conditioned upon and subject to the Official Rules as published on the ATA website.  These Rules may be changed at the sole discretion of the ATA.

Along with this fundraiser, GMC will also be giving away another truck to shooters within the ATA, NSCA and NSSA.  A shooter will be eligible to win this truck if they participate in ANY ATA, NSCA or NSSA registered event, not just GMC Pro-Grade Challenge Events.  However, gun clubs are still encouraged to team up with their local GMC dealers and throw as many GMC Pro-Grade challenge events as possible.  The advertising is good for the ATA and recognizes the supportive efforts of GMC.
